Why we rely on recycled PP – and transform it into new parts using injection molding

At Bitpen, we take a holistic approach to product design: robust, functional – and resource-efficient. That's why we use recycled PP plastic (polypropylene) and give previously used material a second life. Instead of consuming new raw materials, we process reclaimed PP granules and precisely mold them into high-quality plastic parts using injection molding.

What does that mean exactly?

  • Closed cycles: PP waste is used to produce sorted granules, which we reuse.
  • Precision through injection molding: The recycled material is shaped under controlled conditions – for dimensional accuracy, stability and durable surfaces.
  • Quality without compromise: Recycled PP is lightweight, tough and chemical-resistant – ideal for demanding components.
  • Better for the environment: Fewer primary raw materials, a smaller CO₂ footprint and less waste.

Our goal: Sustainability you can touch. Using recycled PP and modern injection molding technology, we build products that last a long time – and make the future a little cleaner.
